Please note that this webshop is not a traditional retail store — we do not hold stock ourselves.

We act as a reselling distributor, and our products are shipped directly from our suppliers in China.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks, but in some cases it may take up to 3 weeks, depending on your location and how easy it is for couriers to reach you.

Also, please keep in mind that additional fees such as VAT or customs charges may apply, depending on your country’s tax regulations. Most of the time, VAT is already included in the price, but some countries may have extra charges, which could be collected by the shipping carrier.

Refund & Returns Policy

We do offer refunds, but please note that processing may take some time. A refund is only possible if:

• the product arrives damaged,

• you receive the wrong item, or

• you do not receive the product at all.

To help us handle your request quickly, please do the following:

• Take clear photos of the item if it's damaged or incorrect.

• If possible, take a photo or video while opening the package — this helps us speed up the resolution.
